YourTuner terms of use
Effective 18 October 2026The app
YourTuner is a guitar tuner for Android published by Andrew Evtukhov. By installing or using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Licence
You may install and use the app on any Android device you own or control, for any lawful purpose. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app except where the law allows it regardless of this clause.
What the app is for
The app helps you tune a guitar by ear and by eye. It is a tool, not a guarantee: the reading depends on the microphone, the room and the instrument. Check the result by ear before a performance or a recording.
No warranty
The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. It may contain errors and may not work on every device.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use the app, including damage to instruments or strings caused by over-tightening.
Privacy
The app collects no personal data. How it treats sound from the microphone is described in the privacy policy.
Changes
These terms may change when the app changes. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date.
